Focused coaching for leaders who want to build practical AI capability for leadership. You’ll learn safe, high-impact ways to use AI in your work, apply it across four leadership modes (Strategy, Analysis, Creation, Research), build and manage “digital capacity,” and fit AI into your workflow in a practical way.

For the duration of the programme, you’ll get access to Kyva — a secure AI workspace hosted on AWS — plus a range of virtual assistants to support your learning.

Description
Advanced coaching for leaders who are already using AI and want to scale it into real operational advantage. You’ll move from “using AI” to building with AI—designing virtual assistants, applying AI to high-value workflows, and putting governance around it so adoption is safe, repeatable, and trusted.

What You’ll Learn
Everything from Learner to Experimenter, plus:
- Map workflows and knowledge, then design, build, and launch a practical virtual assistant
- Use finance assistants to analyse performance, margin, pricing, and forecasts
- Apply AI to tenders and decision documents (scoping, evaluation, summaries, risk checks)
- Set governance: privacy, data handling, quality control, and safe adoption standards
- Embed human + AI ways of working into operations, guided by the Business Model Canvas
- Rewrite key processes so AI becomes part of “how we work”
